Fei Chen

Fei received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Caltech, and completed a PhD in the Biological Engineering Department at MIT working in the Boyden lab. He worked on developing expansion microscopy, a powerful new way of mapping molecules and anatomy with precision and at scale. He is interested in the convergence of electrical engineering and bioengineering. He also loves to build things, whether it's electronics or biological molecules. After graduating, he went on to a Broad Fellowship at the Broad Institute in Cambridge, MA.
